Business Analyst – Insurance London/Croydon – x5 days in office My client provide a fast-growing business platform that supports insurance teams with across a range of their services. They work with niche companies, handling complex transactions and are on an exciting growth trajectory, and are looking for a Business Analyst to spearhead their high-impact projects. This role sits within their Systems and Data team, you will collaborate with internal teams and MGA clients to ensure well-designed, maintainable, and governed solutions. Your analytical expertise and industry knowledge will drive opportunity assessments and effective project implementation. Key Responsibilities * Gather and analyze business requirements, identifying gaps and areas for improvement. * Extract, analyze, and interpret data to create insightful reports and dashboards. * Conduct process analysis, design workflows, and produce key documentation. * Assess business opportunities, conduct feasibility analyses, and evaluate potential solutions. * Manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate communication, and support project delivery. Skills & Experience: * 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in the insurance industry. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. * Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
