Due to a company restructure, my client is looking for an experienced Application Support Manager to support a bespoke system within the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small but dynamic support team & take them to the next level. Responsibilities: * Lead and manage a small team of highly functional application support professionals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. * Prioritize and respond to support tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. * Utilize a strong understanding of SQL and MS Office to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues. * Continuously seek ways to enhance support processes and improve overall team performance. * Maintain excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise updates on ticket progress and resolution.
