Director, Enterprise Continuity (9-month FTC) London, Docklands (hybrid - 2 days in office) Up to £130,000 per annum + annual discretionary bonus On behalf of a Leading financial services organisation, I am seeking a Director of Enterprise Continuity to help shape and deliver an industry-leading operational resilience and continuity programme.

This organisation plays a critical role in the global financial ecosystem, maintaining exceptionally high standards of resilience, stability and regulatory compliance.

As regulatory expectations evolve and resilience becomes an even greater strategic priority, this senior role will support the Executive Director of Enterprise Continuity in maturing enterprise-wide capabilities, strengthening continuity frameworks, and driving change across the organisation.

Responsibilities: Enterprise Continuity Delivery - Support the design and execution of the enterprise continuity programme.

Critical Service Identification - Identify critical internal business services and define associated impact tolerances.

Service Mapping Scenario Testing - Lead mapping, scenario testing and vulnerability identification across critical services.
