Lead a high-performing internal development team across all major technical initiatives Architect and evolve a robust, scalable systems & data landscape Partner with IT and business leaders to turn complex needs into clever, value-driven solutions Hands-on leadership experience in tech development within the Medical Device or advanced manufacturing space Comprehensive expertise in Azure, Java, and API integration. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on coaching and developing team members.
