You will be working for a growing forward thinking tech company who have developed an AI powered safety system that helps prevent accidents in high-risk environments. We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer growth and revenue for our SaaS product.
You’ll own the full marketing funnel — from attracting new users, to converting them, to keeping them engaged long-term. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work closely with marketing, sales, product, and data teams to build and improve how we acquire and retain customers.
- Drive growth
- Manage key digital channels like paid social, SEO, website, and email
- Bring in high-quality leads and turn them into customers
- Continuously improve the journey from first visit to product adoption
- Improve conversion
- Create and optimise landing pages and campaigns
- Develop messaging and content for each stage of the funnel
- Work with designers or agencies to improve performance
- Own the customer journey (SaaS lifecycle)
- Build email and lifecycle campaigns to drive activation and retention

Experience:
