They’re looking for an organised, detail-driven Timesheet Manager to take ownership of accurate weekly timesheet processing, support payroll, monitor revenue trends and maintain strong relationships with operators and customers.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving and working to tight deadlines, with plenty of opportunity to make a real impact.
As a key part of the wider operations and recruitment function, you will:
- Process high-volume timesheets accurately and efficiently each week
- Work to strict payroll deadlines ensuring operators are paid correctly and on time
- Complete accurate data entry and maintain integrity of payroll records
- Verify operator expenses and ensure correct processing
- Build strong customer relationships to secure timely timesheet approvals
- Run cross-referenced reports across timesheet, payroll and operational data
- Review timesheets against invoices to ensure billing accuracy
- Support telematics reviews and investigate discrepancies
- Manage digital timesheet processes and ongoing scheduling
- Handle operator and customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Monitor revenue trends and highlight areas for improvement
- Complete weekly compliance checks ensuring data accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
