Suffolk Up to £60k Technical Operations Manager We are looking for a Technical Operations Project Manager to be the on-site point of contact for a leading technology business working within the construction sector.
This is a hands-on where you will take responsibility for ensuring equipment is operational, resolving technical issues and supporting the customer with any day-to-day operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities Be the main point of contact for the customer on site.
Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems.
Carry out basic repairs, adjustments, replacements and installations.
Identify and resolve technical issues quickly and practically.
Liaise with internal technical teams and external engineers when required.
Build strong relationships with site managers and construction teams.
Attend to general operational issues and ensure the customer receives excellent service.
Maintain accurate records of equipment, faults and repairs.
