We are working in partnership with a world leading specialist consultancy, operating in over 50 countries with the sharpest minds in the industry. With continued growth and success over the last thirty years, it is time to review the lead process and streamline efficiencies, ensure smooth data flows and resolve inaccuracies across systems. Bridging the gap between the technical and finance teams, translating business needs into scalable, sustainable architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust integrations between Salesforce, OpenAir, and NetSuite.
- Identify inefficiencies and data discrepancies in current workflows; develop solutions to address them.
- Consult and advise the senior leadership team on variable solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align system functionality with commercial goals.
- Maintain documentation and standards to support system scalability and compliance.
- Act as the technical liaison across finance, delivery, and development teams.
To Be Successful:
- Proven experience in systems integration, particularly across Salesforce, OpenAir, and NetSuite.
- Strong understanding of professional services operations, billing, and project lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to streamline processes and resolve data flow/integrity challenges.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to balance technical constraints with business needs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in a professional services consultancy or similar fast-paced environment.
The HQ is based in Hertfordshire, whilst this position can be done predominantly remotely - there will be travel to the site for collaborative projects. Contract offered on an initial 6 month basis, approximately 3 days per week.
