We’re on the lookout for a passionate Recruiter who genuinely cares about finding exceptional talent and making meaningful matches. Spencer-Richardson was founded back in 2023 with a mission to build a business that would disrupt the sector. We offer an Executive search solution and alongside that a Professional Services team that then support each client within their Corporate Head Office.
It\\\’s time to grow the team and we are open to the level of experience and sector; we will offer copious amounts of training and support, but we can\\\’t teach ambition, resilience, and an ability to learn.
What you’ll be doing
- Partnering with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture
- Sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier candidates
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing the full recruitment cycle with integrity and energy
- Contributing to the growth of our brand and reputation
- 360 role

- Proven experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
- A genuine passion for finding and placing exceptional talent
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
