Spencer Richardson are partnering with a leading Global Investment company who are looking for a professional Security Supervisor who holds a SIA Door Supervisor and CCTV licence. You will be responsible for leading a team of security personnel delivering a 24/7, year-round service. This includes overseeing daily operations for both in-house security staff and agency personnel, ensuring the security function always operates efficiently and effectively.
- Lead and coordinate a 24/7 security shift team, managing both in-house and agency personnel.
- Oversee daily staffing, rotas, and resource deployment to ensure seamless operational coverage.
- Manage security incidents, protests, high-profile visits, and emergency situations with professionalism and discretion.
- Liaise with Police, Fire Service, and external agencies on all security-related matters.
- Support incident response and emergency planning as part of the Emergency Management Team.
- Conduct investigations and produce clear, accurate incident reports.
- Monitor staffing levels, overtime, leave, and performance management across the team.
- Ensure security systems, CCTV, alarms, access control, and key management procedures remain fully operational.
- Maintain compliance with Health & Safety standards, Local Operating Procedures, and audit requirements.
- Deliver daily briefings, operational updates, and exceptional customer service standards.
- Act as First Aider and Fire Warden while supporting major incident response procedures.
- Manage incident logging, police liaison, and ID badge administration.
Requirements
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor and CCTV licences required.
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory security role within a fast-paced environment.
- Confident and resilient, with a strong understanding of professional security standards and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the flexibility to adapt quickly to changing operational demands.
