Location: Field-based along M4 corridor, from Reading to Bristol + some travel to Dartford HQ
Base Salary: £30,000-£35,000 (OTE £55,000 in year 1) + £5,000 car allowance + fuel card + commission scheme

Backed by a Sales Director with deep industry experience and a proven track record, the company is looking for a driven, commercially-minded sales professional, ideally someone who’s gained some industry experience and is now ready to step up and make a real impact. This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their career who’s not afraid to take a risk, wants to grow alongside a business, and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify and target businesses that need high-quality, reliable logistics solutions.
- Using a blend of traditional and innovative sales practice, win new business with clients who need a variety of logistics services.
- Convert prospects into trading accounts, with a strong focus on speed to revenue.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Maximise incoming and self-generated leads, keeping the CRM/database accurate and up to date.
- Spot opportunities for growth within new and existing accounts.
- Work closely with the wider team, sharing wins, ideas, and energy. Collaboration is key here.
- Sales-driven, self-motivated, and hungry to succeed.
