Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for creating exceptional spaces? We’re looking for someone to lead high-value construction and refurbishment projects across Scotland, delivering stylish hospitality and accommodation environments from concept to completion. This role is based in Kilmarnock, Scotland.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing new-build and refurbishment projects valued at £2m+
- Leading projects from feasibility through to handover
- Overseeing budgets, procurement, and contract administration
- Coordinating with directors, design teams, and contractors
- Ensuring compliance with planning, building regulations, licensing, H&S, and sustainability standards
- Driving collaboration across internal and external teams
- Chairing meetings, leading site inspections, and resolving issues
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in hospitality, leisure, or accommodation project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and regulations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance creative design with commercial realities
- Organised, detail-focused, and proactive approach
