Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for creating exceptional spaces? We’re looking for someone to lead high-value construction and refurbishment projects across Scotland, delivering stylish hospitality and accommodation environments from concept to completion. This role is based in Kilmarnock, Scotland.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing new-build and refurbishment projects valued at £2m+
  • Leading projects from feasibility through to handover
  • Overseeing budgets, procurement, and contract administration
  • Coordinating with directors, design teams, and contractors
  • Ensuring compliance with planning, building regulations, licensing, H&S, and sustainability standards
  • Driving collaboration across internal and external teams
  • Chairing meetings, leading site inspections, and resolving issues

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in hospitality, leisure, or accommodation project management
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and regulations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance creative design with commercial realities
  • Organised, detail-focused, and proactive approach
  • Willingness to travel across Scotland and attend HQ/project sites
