As the driving force behind daily operations, you’ll ensure the building runs like a well-oiled machine, from facilities and security to vendor management, compliance, budgets, and major fit-outs. You’ll work closely with internal teams, tenants, and contractors to deliver a secure, seamless, and standout experience across every square foot.
This role blends strategic oversight with day-to-day leadership, perfect for someone who thrives on structure, autonomy, and impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations & Facilities Management: Own all building systems and services: from cleaning and access control to HVAC, CCTV, and IT infrastructure. Maintain service excellence across hard and soft FM functions.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the key link between tenants, internal teams, suppliers, and landlords. Onboard new occupants, manage subleases, and ensure smooth daily workflows.
- Compliance & Maintenance: Lead on H&S, GDPR, and audit readiness. Implement preventative maintenance and monitor all regulatory obligations.
- Project & Budget Oversight: Deliver capital works and fit-outs to spec and on budget. Track spend, identify savings, and manage procurement end-to-end.
- Commercial Space Management: Oversee studio/event space hire; from bookings and contracts to operational delivery while maximising building use and revenue potential.
- Proven experience in operations, facilities, or workplace management across dynamic, multi-use environments.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, compliance, and supplier performance tracking.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and effectively.
- Tech-literate and data-driven, with experience using CAFM platforms, Google Workspace, Slack, or similar tools.
- Confident stakeholder manager with a solutions-first mindset and a bias for action.
