Location: Hybrid – Hemel Hempstead Head Office (with travel to depots and project sites)

Working Pattern: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite)

We’re looking for a Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst to play a key role in maintaining and optimising the integrity of our client’s core business data. This is an exciting opportunity to work across departments and help embed their Data Management Strategy, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and enhance master data records (customers, suppliers, assets).
  • Enforce data governance policies for quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, Commercial, and Operations to resolve data issues.
  • Support data integration and migration projects (e.g., Syrinx to NetSuite).
  • Monitor data quality metrics and drive continuous improvement.
  • Assist with digital system rollouts and transformation projects.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Master Data Management or Data Governance.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, Syrinx or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Understanding of GDPR and data compliance.
  • Comfortable in a hybrid and field-based environment.
  • MDM/Data Governance certifications, ETL experience, project/change management, exposure to construction or logistics sectors.
