Reports to: Head of Marketing & Events

About the Role

Are you a creative and detail-orientated marketer with a flair for design and organisation? We’re partnering with a leading UK plant hire company to find a Marketing Executive who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make an impact.

In this role, you’ll support the delivery of digital, and event marketing campaigns that showcase the brand’s innovation and industry leadership. It’s a brilliant opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same!

What You’ll Be Doing

Design & Branding

• Create and update branded materials (certificates, presentations, rate cards, etc.)
• Apply partner co-branding and maintain consistency across all templates

Content & Campaigns

• Support internal comms, newsletters, and intranet updates
• Assist with social and digital analytics (GA4, META Ads Manager)
• Prepare PowerPoint decks, visuals, and marketing reports
• Manage video content and promotional materials

Events

• Help plan and coordinate events — signage, giveaways, and presentations
• Ensure all branding and logistics are delivered seamlessly

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Proficient in PowerPoint and familiar with Adobe design tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working within brand guidelines and templates
• A genuine team player who enjoys variety and creativity

Desirable experience

• Experience in marketing, communications or design support
• Familiarity with social media analytics and campaign management (Meta, LinkedIn)
• Understanding of GA4 or similar analytics tools
