My client is a leader in advanced AI-powered human recognition systems designed to enhance safety, reduce risk, and drive compliance across industrial, construction, and high-hazard environments.

We are seeking a highly driven Sales Manager with a strong hunter mentality and proven leadership capability to build, manage, and develop a high-performing new business sales team. This is a dual-focus role: driving your own new business revenue while leading a team of Business Development Managers responsible for winning new customers across sectors, predominantly within construction and other industrial markets.

  • Manage and grow a high-quality sales pipeline through strategic prospecting and networking
  • Own key strategic accounts and high-value opportunities where required
  • Team Leadership & Management
  • Run regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and performance coaching sessions
  • Support deal strategy, negotiation planning, and closing support
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales talent
  • Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative sales culture

Proven track record in new business sales / business development / field sales (B2B essential). Experience in construction, manufacturing, logistics, utilities, or industrial sectors (desirable). Confident and disciplined user of CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.
