- Lead and supervise the day-to-day delivery of security operations, ensuring the highest standards of service for employees, visitors and guests.
- Manage, coach and develop a team of security officers, driving performance and professional growth.
- Conduct performance reviews, development discussions and ongoing staff training.
- Manage team rotas and resource planning to ensure effective shift coverage.
- Carry out regular site patrols and maintain a visible security presence.
- Provide a professional front-of-house service, supporting visitors and stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain security policies, procedures, assignment instructions and emergency response plans.
- Manage security incidents, investigations and emergency situations effectively.
- Respond to facilities-related issues and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Protect people, property, information and assets from potential threats and risks.
- Oversee the effective operation of security and surveillance systems.
- Build strong working relationships with Property, Facilities and other business functions.
- Support operational security duties when required.
Previous experience supervising or managing a security team within a corporate, commercial or high-profile environment.
Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding licence.
CCTV licence preferred, or willingness to obtain one.
Ability to work a rotating pattern of day and night shifts.
Strong customer service skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Passion for developing, mentoring and motivating security personnel.
Comfortable using security technology, incident management systems and reporting platforms.
Professional, proactive and resilient approach to security management.
