My client, an award-winning technology company, is looking for a detailed orientated individual to join their operations department. You will support the day-to-day operational backbone of the company, ensuring that products, hardware, services, and internal processes run smoothly and efficiently. In a fast-paced technology and internet environment, this role bridges logistics, vendors, internal teams, and systems to keep operations scalable, cost-effective, and reliable.
Key Responsibilities- Logistics & Supply Chain
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of equipment and materials
- Manage relationships with logistics providers, couriers, and fulfilment partners
- Track shipments, resolve delays, and proactively communicate issues
- Maintain accurate inventory records across systems
- Support international shipping, customs documentation, and compliance where required
- Operations & Process Support
- Assist in developing, documenting, and improving operational processes
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular reports
- Help identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Support scaling operations as the business grows
- Systems & Data
- Use logistics, inventory, and ERP tools to manage operations
- Ensure data accuracy across internal systems
- Support system implementations or upgrades related to operations
- Experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or a similar role
- Experience working in a fast-growth environment preferred
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
