We're looking for a commercially minded Business Intelligence Analyst to play a pivotal role in transforming data into meaningful insights that drive business performance. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing multi-site business where data is at the heart of strategic and operational decision-making.

As part of a significant investment in data, reporting, and analytics capabilities, you'll lead the development of a central data warehouse and help establish a single source of truth across the organisation. Working closely with Finance, Operations, IT, and senior stakeholders, you'll influence how data is captured, managed, and leveraged to support growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build Strong Data Foundations
    • Design and develop a central data warehouse integrating multiple business systems.
    • Create scalable data models and structures to support reporting and analytics.
    • Improve data quality, governance, and consistency across the organisation.
    • Work with internal teams and external providers to develop and maintain data pipelines.
  • Deliver Insight That Drives Performance
    • Build dashboards and reporting solutions covering key operational and financial metrics.
    • Analyse trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making.

What We're Looking For

  • Essential
    • Proven experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, or similar analytics role.
    • Strong SQL skills and experience working with structured datasets.
    • Experience designing or working with data warehouses and centralised data models.
    • Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
    • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualisation tools.
    • Ability to communicate complex data clearly to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Desirable
    • Experience within hospitality, retail, or other multi-site environments.
