Key Responsibilities:
- As HR Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of the action, playing a pivotal role in keeping the people engine running smoothly.
- Take charge of onboarding and offboarding by setting the tone from day one.
- Own new starter contracts, compliance, and employee record-keeping.
- Monitor probation reviews and contractual changes.
- Support payroll processes ensuring everyone gets paid correctly and on time.
- Be the friendly first point of contact for HR queries via the team inbox.
- Provide hands-on support in employee relations (both temporary and permanent staff).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with a growing team that genuinely values your input.
