The Role
As People & Culture Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the employee journey, ensuring everything from onboarding to payroll coordination runs smoothly, accurately and “right first time”. You’ll help embed the company’s core behaviours and play a key role in building an inclusive, supportive and high‑performing culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle onboarding & offboarding
- Preparing contracts, offer letters & new starter packs
- Maintaining accurate HR system records
- Right to Work checks & compliance
- Partnering with Payroll for smooth monthly processing
- Managing the HR inbox & first-line queries
What You’ll Bring
