We are seeking a proactive Trades & Labour Resourcer on behalf of one of our clients. They are a highly respected national plant hire and haulage organisation. This role will support the recruitment, onboarding, and coordination of skilled Operatives across UK projects. This role suits someone highly organised, people-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end inductions for internal and external personnel
- Maintain accurate data across systems and workforce apps
- Handle high-volume calls and communication with site teams
- Support workforce planning and timely Operative placements
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Grow and maintain the labour candidate database in line with KPIs
