Customer-facing digital platforms – including website and supporting integrations
Experience with ParcVu is not essential. Experience with other PMS platforms would be beneficial, and Azure DevOps, Jira or equivalent tools are all relevant.

You’ll ideally bring:
- Previous Business Analyst experience, particularly within a complex or multi-site organisation
- Strong stakeholder management skills across operational, technical and senior audiences
- The ability to translate business requirements into clear technical requirements
