We are seeking a proactive Trades & Labour Resourcer on behalf of one of our clients. They are a highly respected national plant hire and haulage organisation. This role will support the recruitment, onboarding, and coordination of skilled Operatives across UK projects.
- Maintain accurate data across systems and workforce apps
- Support workforce planning and timely Operative placements
- Grow and maintain the labour candidate database in line with KPIs
- Good Excel skills
