We're looking for a proactive, organised and reliable Estates Administration Assistant to join a busy Estates Team at a family run, luxury holiday park company.
The Estates Team plays a vital role in keeping the holiday parks running smoothly, overseeing everything from infrastructure and utilities to new developments, health & safety and day-to-day maintenance. No two days are the same, and you'll be at the heart of supporting the team to deliver an exceptional service across the parks.
If you're an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and thrives on keeping things organised, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Acting as the first point of contact for the Estates Team, handling telephone calls, emails and enquiries.
- Preparing, filing and maintaining documents, reports and business correspondence.
- Managing data entry and maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Ordering supplies and liaising with suppliers and contractors.
- Processing purchase orders, invoices, expenses and receipts.
- Providing administrative support for Estates projects and assisting with a variety of office tasks as required.
What we're looking for:
- Previous administration experience in a busy office environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using databases and internal systems.
- A flexible, positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
