We are supporting a nationally recognised, privately owned plant hire business leading the charge in sustainable solutions and exceptional customer service. As a market disruptor, they are growing fast, building a reputation for doing things differently and doing them better.
We’re looking for an established Sales Manager to drive growth across the North East of England, taking advantage of our existing relationships with major infrastructure projects while also developing new business across the region.
- Leveraging your existing network of Tier 1 contractor relationships
- Growing revenue through a mix of major project involvement and local business development
- Representing a modern, sustainability-focused brand in the market
- Working autonomously, with the support of an inspirational sector leader and high-performing sales team
- Regularly travelling throughout the region
To Be Successful:
- Proven experience in sales within the hire industry
- Established relationships with Tier 1 contractors
- A self-starter mindset and natural drive to sell and grow accounts
- Willingness to travel across the North East
- Strong diplomatic communication style, and natural relationship builder
- A confident, professional approach and a passion for customer service
