We are seeking a highly driven Sales Manager with a strong hunter mentality and proven leadership capability to build, manage, and develop a high-performing new business sales team. This is a dual-focus role: driving your own new business revenue while leading a team of Business Development Managers responsible for winning new customers across sectors, predominantly within construction and other industrial markets.
- Manage and grow a high-quality sales pipeline through strategic prospecting and networking
- Own key strategic accounts and high-value opportunities where required
- Team Leadership & Management
- Run regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and performance coaching sessions
- Support deal strategy, negotiation planning, and closing support
- Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales talent
