My client, a tech company, is seeking an Account Manager to join their growing team, focusing on the construction, infrastructure, and built environment sectors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, working with warm leads, after sales and managing sales enquiries through to quote and ongoing account development. You will play a key role in managing existing accounts, converting inbound/warm leads, and delivering a high level of customer service throughout the sales process and after.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts
- Deal with aftersales
- Follow up on warm leads and inbound enquiries to convert into sales opportunities
- Prepare, issue, and follow up on accurate sales quotes and proposals
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and upselling opportunities
