  • Maintain accurate data across internal systems and apps

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with operators and site personnel
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Support workforce planning to ensure operators are placed efficiently
  • Communicate professionally via phone and email
  • Collaborate with Operator Managers and project teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Support key accounts and regional requirements
  • Promote clear communication across all stakeholders
  • Proactively resolve operational challenges before they escalate
