My client, an award-winning UK based manufacturer who specialise in advanced safety equipment is looking for an experienced Hire Controller to support one of their largest customers based on site within their office.
The Implant Plant Hire Coordinator acts as a single point of contact for all equipment requirements, handling orders as they arise, confirming availability in real time, and handling all questions and queries to keep projects moving without delay.
By managing plant, vehicles, and welfare requirements directly from within the client’s operation, the implant service ensures faster response times, improved control, and a single, efficient process for all hire needs.
Key Responsibilities- Dedicated On-Site Support
- Operate as an embedded member of the client’s team
- Act as the primary point of contact for all plant, vehicle, and welfare hire requests
- Handle customer requests as they land, ensuring immediate action
- Access live stock systems to confirm availability in real time
- Arrange and prioritise deliveries, collections, and off hires
- Enable on-site or remote machine reservations to meet fast-changing site demands
- Proactively manage hire requirements to prevent downtime or site delays
