Associate Partner - Pharma Procurement

Spencer-Richardson has been retained to manage the search for a new Associate Partner with experience in procurement in the pharmaceutical sector for a leading global Management Consulting business – this is a role with a twist!

The successful candidate will blend strategic insight with practical know‑how, guiding and equipping clients to make smarter procurement decisions while empowering teams to elevate their capabilities. You will bring industry expertise and consulting experience that enables you to lead on delivering client engagements and develop client relationships both new and existing.

This is a client facing role with client development and business development targets. It plays a significant role in growing the Procurement specialism across the EMEA region. You will be responsible for leading engagements with clients across all solutions and ensuring excellence.

• Consulting environment (as opposed to industry) experience is essential, someone that understands the mindset and approach required to deliver solutions within tight timelines;
• Deep knowledge of the Procurement sector;
• An execution‑focused approach – you will be embedded in your clients, delivering and implementing solutions;
• Outstanding levels of communication, a highly confident presenter and public speaker;
• You stay ahead of trends and model lifelong learning;
• Clear expertise and track record of success in negotiation.

This role is based in the Head Office three days a week with travel around EMEA.
