Spencer-Richardson has been retained to manage the search for a new Associate Partner, a highly experienced procurement expert for a leading global boutique Management Consulting business as the EMEA Procurement Lead - this is a role with a twist!
The successful candidate will be an experienced Management Consultant. You will blend strategic insight with practical know-how, guiding and equipping clients to make smarter procurement decisions while empowering teams to elevate their capabilities. You will bring industry expertise and consulting experience that enables you to develop client relationships both new and existing, winning business in the UK and Europe as well as lead on delivering client engagements and ensuring a high level of client experience.
This is a client facing role with client development and business development targets. It plays a significant role in growing the Procurement specialism across the EMEA region. You will be responsible for leading engagements with clients across all solutions and ensuring excellence.
Key skills & experience:
- Management Consulting environment (as opposed to industry) experience is essential, someone that understands the mindset and approach required to deliver solutions within tight timelines
- Client facing and experienced in winning business
- Deep knowledge of the Procurement sector
- Outstanding levels of communication, a highly confident presenter and public speaker
- You stay ahead of trends and model lifelong learning
This role really could be a catalyst for professional reinvention, working within a unique and exciting business. The role is based in the Head Office 3 days a week with travel around EMEA.
