We are working with a growing creative agency that is looking to hire an Account Director into its London team. This is a strong opportunity for a senior client services professional who can lead relationships, drive commercial growth and oversee delivery across a portfolio of key accounts. The role would suit either an established Account Director or a strong Senior Account Manager ready to step up.
You will be the senior day-to-day lead across a mix of always-on, campaign and content work, sitting at the centre of client leadership, commercial performance and team management. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, working closely with senior colleagues across strategy, creative, paid media and production.
Key responsibilities:- Lead senior client relationships and act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders
- Oversee account strategy across always-on, campaign and content programmes
- Drive account growth, forecasting and margin performance
- Brief and guide internal teams to deliver strong social-first work
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard
- Lead and mentor Account Managers and Account Executives
- Support pitches, proposals and wider new business activity
- Help improve internal processes and raise standards across the business
- Strong experience at Account Director level, or a Senior Account Manager ready to step up
- Background in a social, digital or integrated agency
- Strong understanding of social platforms, content and creator-led work
- Commercial awareness with experience managing revenue and margins
- Confidence in handling senior clients and complex stakeholder relationships
- Calm, organised and solutions-focused approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial agency environment
