We are working with a growing creative agency that is looking to hire an Account Director into its London team. This is a strong opportunity for a senior client services professional who can lead relationships, drive commercial growth and oversee delivery across a portfolio of key accounts. The role would suit either an established Account Director or a strong Senior Account Manager ready to step up.

You will be the senior day-to-day lead across a mix of always-on, campaign and content work, sitting at the centre of client leadership, commercial performance and team management. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, working closely with senior colleagues across strategy, creative, paid media and production.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead senior client relationships and act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders
  • Oversee account strategy across always-on, campaign and content programmes
  • Drive account growth, forecasting and margin performance
  • Brief and guide internal teams to deliver strong social-first work
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard
  • Lead and mentor Account Managers and Account Executives
  • Support pitches, proposals and wider new business activity
  • Help improve internal processes and raise standards across the business
