We’re supporting a global energy technology organisation to find an R&D Project Manager to drive additive manufacturing (AM) development projects. You’ll bring structure, pace and clarity to complex, multi-site engineering programmes spanning the UK, Germany and Sweden.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own project plans, schedules and short-term delivery milestones
- Coordinate engineering, operations and external partners across regions
- Run regular check-ins, track actions and report clear project status
- Monitor budgets, forecasts and financial risks
- Manage risks, issues, decisions and change control
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years’ project management experience in engineering or manufacturing
- Confident managing plans, risks, budgets and cross-functional teams
- Strong communicator who can translate technical progress into clear updates
- Comfortable with tools like Excel, MS Project, Planner, etc.
Nice to have:
- Exposure to additive manufacturing
