We’re supporting a global energy technology organisation to find an R&D Project Manager to drive additive manufacturing (AM) development projects. You’ll bring structure, pace and clarity to complex, multi-site engineering programmes spanning the UK, Germany and Sweden.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own project plans, schedules and short-term delivery milestones
  • Coordinate engineering, operations and external partners across regions
  • Run regular check-ins, track actions and report clear project status
  • Monitor budgets, forecasts and financial risks
  • Manage risks, issues, decisions and change control

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years’ project management experience in engineering or manufacturing
  • Confident managing plans, risks, budgets and cross-functional teams
  • Strong communicator who can translate technical progress into clear updates
  • Comfortable with tools like Excel, MS Project, Planner, etc.
