Our Renewables team are looking for you!
Your responsibilities:
- Your primary responsibility will be to design utility scale ground mounted solar PV projects with an initial focus on project development support.
- Using industry standard software, technical design work will progress from preliminary to detail level in line with the projects development maturity.
- Optimizing layouts and yields based on constraint analysis.
- Design in compliance with industry codes and standards and incorporating feedback from Construction, Operations and Development.
- Support the preparation of post-construction documentation.
- Provide expertise during project development and implementation, remotely and on site.
- Support and lead technical due diligences.
- Optimal cooperation within Renewables, consisting of developers, engineers, project-, contract- and offtake-managers, market and strategy analysts as well as a network of external partners.
- Strong stakeholder management activities internally and externally.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related field).
- Extensive experience in utility-scale solar design and project delivery.
- Proficiency in solar PV design software (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD) and understanding of renewable energy systems.
- Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, and system optimization capabilities.
- Proven track record of international work experience and cultural adaptability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Business fluency in English (other languages are an advantage).
- Open-minded, proactive, and detail-oriented.
