The Role: As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will drive new business acquisition, nurture existing relationships, and source high-calibre freelance candidates for critical roles. This is a sales-focused career path rather than an HR/Talent Acquisition role.
Responsibilities Include:
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
- Building and maintaining client relationships via phone, video, and email
- Networking and attending industry-specific events
- Meeting activity-based and sales targets on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis

- Recent graduate or graduate-calibre candidate with relevant sales experience
