The Role: A Sales Career in Recruitment. This is not an HR role, it is a sales-focused career path, where you’ll be expected to hunt new business, negotiate deals, and build long-term client relationships. If you have experience in B2B/B2C sales, telesales, fundraising, or door-to-door sales, your skills are highly transferable to this role.
