As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with key stakeholders and early career communities across EMEA, developing innovative, high-impact recruitment campaigns that drive our global talent strategy. You will report to the Global Head of Talent with opportunities to collaborate on cross-regional initiatives in onboarding, retention, and employer branding.

  • Career Growth: Be a part of a culture that values progression, from entry-level to senior roles, based on merit and impact.

Who We’re Looking For:

An ideal candidate for this role has experience in either a 360 Agency Recruitment role or Internal Recruitment/Talent Acquisition in a high-growth environment recruiting Sales roles. We also welcome recent graduates with a relevant degree or work experience in HR, sales, or recruitment to apply. Your drive to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, network-building skills, and expertise in sourcing high-calibre talent will make you a perfect fit for our ambitious team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for both active and passive opportunities. Drive the offer process, including negotiating offers and closing candidates. Partner with hiring managers and business partners to understand business objectives and hiring needs, shaping recruiting strategies accordingly. Serve as the primary contact for candidates, delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Sourcing and Talent Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain sourcing strategies and build a pipeline of talent by actively engaging with potential candidates through direct sourcing, social media, job boards, and networking. Establish and maintain relationships with talent communities, universities, and key professional networks across EMEA to attract diverse and high-quality candidates. Conduct direct sourcing and headhunting for specialised roles, continuously working to drive down time-to-hire and cost-per-hire metrics.
  • Stakeholder Management and Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business partners to align recruitment efforts with business goals. Collaborate with senior stakeholders and internal teams to provide updates on recruitment activities and KPIs, ensuring hiring strategies support company growth and team fit. Act as a brand ambassador for the company, representing it positively in all interactions with potential candidates and stakeholders.
  • Candidate Experience and Brand Management: Ensure all candidates have a positive experience, acting as a brand ambassador and promoting the company’s values and culture. Develop and manage creative marketing and recruitment campaigns, utilising social media and other digital platforms to attract top talent. Create, maintain, and promote marketing collateral that communicates the company story and attracts candidates to the brand.
  • Other Responsibilities: Support recruitment efforts for all regional offices as needed, assisting with specific recruitment projects to enhance talent acquisition effectiveness. Ensure pre-hire compliance, including conducting background checks and obtaining necessary references. Organise and attend industry events, networking opportunities, and internal meetings to stay connected with relevant trends and build collaborative relationships with stakeholders. Execute an 80% graduate, 20% experienced hire strategy. Develop and deliver targeted, innovative recruitment campaigns using social media. Build strong candidate pools and ensure efficient talent assessment aligned with competency frameworks. Support the development and enhancement of company-wide talent acquisition strategies, focusing on direct sourcing, candidate experience, and strategic growth initiatives.
