Key Responsibilities

  • Support Engineering and Quality teams by expediting critical supplier documentation.
  • Coordinate supplier deviation requests and non-conformances, ensuring proper tracking and closure.
  • Manage the return and repair process for non-conforming materials.
  • Assist with claim management related to supplier delays and quality issues, including COPQ tracking.
  • Support the issue of contractual correspondence to suppliers in line with quality requirements.
  • Track supplier progress, build strong working relationships, and conduct supplier visits as required.
  • Manage import processes and customs clearance where applicable.

About You

  • 1–3 years’ experience in procurement or purchasing, ideally within direct materials.
  • Understanding of logistics, with exposure to imports preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and well-organised approach.
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with commercial awareness.
  • Full, valid driving licence required.
