We are seeking an experienced Site Health & Safety Manager to join a major infrastructure project in a high-compliance, heavy construction environment. This is a site-based position focused on promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities: * Implement and enforce site-specific health & safety plans and procedures * Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections, and incident investigations * Advise on CDM compliance and ensure regulatory requirements are met * Liaise with external stakeholders including local authorities and regulators About You: * Proven experience in a similar HSE role within heavy construction or utilities * Knowledge of CDM Regulations and UK HSE legislation * NEBOSH or equivalent safety certification required * Experience working on substation or electrical infrastructure projects is desirable
