At Spencer Ogden, we’re looking for an experienced, high-performing recruitment professional to step into a Senior Principal-level role within our Decarbonisation & Energy division. This is a true billing-first position, offering immediate access to an active, high-value desk with strong foundations and clear headroom for growth.

The Opportunity

  • You’ll take ownership of a 360 contract desk with a well-established client base, while driving strategic expansion across the Benelux and Nordic markets.

  • Live, high-value mandates across energy and decarbonisation, including major hydrogen projects.
  • Established PSL agreements with key market players.
  • Warm client relationships ready for re-engagement and growth.
  • Delivery support from junior consultants, with scope to mentor and shape the team.

  • Own and scale a high-performing contract desk within a specialist vertical.
