We are seeking an experienced Team (Senior) Manager to lead our contracting recruitment team in Singapore. This role is suited to a motivated leader with a strong contract recruitment background and a passion for team development and business growth.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' contract recruitment experience (agency environment only - no in-house/TA candidates)
- Minimum 2 years' direct people management (team leadership with P&L accountability)
- Proven 360 business development track record in professional services recruitment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Sector experience in Power, Renewables, Infrastructure or Sustainability (advantageous but not essential if you come from a Technical/White Collar sector)
- Exceptional client-facing skills with experience in building out footprints within Key Accounts/Multinational Clients
- Demonstrated ability to scale teams while maintaining gross margin integrity
- Professional business fluency in English (additional Asian languages beneficial)
