What You'll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll operate in a commercially driven environment where success is built on relationships, resilience, and results. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and developing new client opportunities
- Building and maintaining long-term business relationships
- Sourcing and engaging high-calibre freelance professionals
- Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
- Negotiating commercial agreements and placement terms
- Working towards individual and team performance targets
