Role Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Project Manager to lead a client’s payroll vendor consolidation and implementation strategy. This 1-year contract offers the flexibility of 75% remote work, with occasional travel (25%) to the Leeds office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead payroll vendor consolidation and implement the strategy.
- Work with internal teams and suppliers to optimize and streamline service models.
- Define business cases and integrate unserved payrolls into People Operations.
- Coordinate transformation projects and manage change across teams.
- Establish PMO and Change Management governance with detailed project plans and leadership updates.
- Drive global transformation of Time & Attendance (T&A) platforms.
- Recommend future-state solutions, focusing on Workday Time Products and consolidating to 3 technologies.
What You’ll Bring:

- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and T&A platforms.
