I'm looking for an experienced OT Security Engineer to join a leading global energy technology organisation on a high-impact industrial cybersecurity project.

Contract Details:

  • 6–12 Month Contract
  • Up to £600/day (Inside IR35)
  • Warwick (1–2 days/week)
  • Lincoln (monthly)
  • Occasional Global Travel

What You’ll Do:

  • Support and implement OT cybersecurity strategy across global projects.
  • Configure networks, remote access, and virtualisation platforms (e.g. VMware).
  • Validate technical documentation and ensure compliance (IEC 62443).
  • Deliver engaging cyber training sessions for teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption of secure digital solutions.
  • Maintain the cyber lab and provide hands-on support for commissioning worldwide.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Background in control systems or OT cybersecurity (energy / oil & gas ideal).
  • Strong understanding of industrial networks & remote connection tools.
  • Knowledge of IEC 62443 and industry cyber best practices.
  • Excellent communication & documentation skills.
  • GICSP or similar certification (preferred).
