The Role: International Recruitment Sales This is a sales-focused career path rather than an HR/Talent Acquisition role, where you’ll use your language skills to: Build relationships with clients and candidates in German/French/Spanish/Swedish/Danish/Finnish-speaking markets. Source top talent and negotiate deals across Europe. Hit sales targets in a fast-paced, commission-rich environment. Key Responsibilities: Business Development – Prospect and close deals with international clients. Candidate Sourcing – Headhunt freelancers, contractors and permanent professionals in your language market. Networking – Attend industry events and engage with stakeholders in their native language. Sales & Negotiation – Use your fluency to build trust and close placements. Who We Want: Fluent speakers of German, French, Spanish, Swedish, Danish, or Finnish (business-level proficiency). Sales or recruitment experience preferred – but graduates with language skills are welcome. Target-driven – Motivated by uncapped earnings and career growth.
