At Spencer Ogden, we’re looking for an experienced, high-performing recruitment professional to step into a Senior Principal-level role within our Decarbonisation & Energy division. This is a true billing-first position, offering immediate access to an active, high-value desk with strong foundations and clear headroom for growth.
The Opportunity
- You’ll take ownership of a 360 contract desk with a well-established client base, while driving strategic expansion across the Benelux and Nordic markets.
