They are looking for an Associate Director to head up Cost Management for a Hyperscale project in the South East.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of cost management across a Hyperscale Data Centre project—driving budgets, challenging assumptions, procurement and acting as a trusted advisor to clients on complex builds.
Attributes and experience
- Strong consultancy background in cost management / QS
- Experience on large, complex construction projects
- Data Centre experience ideal (not essential)
- Commercially sharp, confident, and client-facing
- MRICS preferred but not essential
