A leading global consultancy is looking to appoint an exceptional Construction Director to lead delivery of a landmark hyperscale data centre programme in the South East. The Role
- You will take overall responsibility for construction delivery from pre-construction through to commissioning, providing strategic leadership across multidisciplinary teams and Tier 1 delivery partners.
- You will be the senior client interface, trusted to drive performance across programme, cost, quality, safety and risk while maintaining the highest standards of delivery.
- This is a highly visible role, requiring the confidence and credibility to operate at executive and board level and influence key decisions throughout the programme lifecycle.
The Profile
- 15+ years’ construction management experience, including significant senior leadership responsibility.
- Proven delivery of major £100m+ construction projects.
- Strong hyperscale or large-scale data centre experience.
- Extensive experience leading and managing Tier 1 contractors.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management capability.
- Strong commercial, programme, risk and delivery expertise.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior clients and project stakeholders.
